RIP - American Ambassador

Players of the Great Game,
It is my sad duty to announce that at 23:12 on New Years Eve 1959 at Henri Matis' wine bar the American Ambassador to Vienna passed away due to terminal cancer and over-indulging himself on alcohol.
I would like to extend the condolences of the Soviet Union to the United States of America at their loss.
